BASKETBALL 

Our basketball program focus on the whole player, we teach our youth the skills they need for both on and off the court to be a better athlete. Our staff will focus on respect, teamwork and responsibility as they will start each day with a 'skill of the day', and progress into drills and games making for an unforgettable experience for your young athlete. We teach the fundamentals; passing, shooting, dribbling and rebounding you will see why this is one of our most popular programs.

FOOTBALL 

Football is considered one of the most rewarding, yet demanding of all little league sports. Therefore, it requires a strong commitment to the program. The success of the program is driven by the level of  support delivered by our coaches, players, parents, volunteers and the community. To ensure a safe and positive playing environment, each player is placed in a division based on age of their peers. Our programs have no cutting of rosters.

NUTRITION 

Proper nutrition is crucial to improved health and development. Nutrition is important at every age. Your children need proper nutrients stay healthy and strong, and grow up healthy and strong. Nutrition for children can also help establish a foundation for healthy eating habits and nutritional knowledge that your child can apply throughout life. We teach you the life skills of cooking, and shopping healthy.

EXPAND YOUTH EXPERIENCE

Young people learn in a variety of environments and contexts, including with family and peers, at school, at work and in their community. Youth need opportunities to volunteer in their communities, experience the arts, play sports, explore career options and engage in the civic process. The recognition that expanded learning opportunities aides in youth development and is critical to the success of all young people.

YOUTH TRAVEL 

Travel is so important to students and youth, because it's such a key component of their complete education. Their history lessons come to life when you walk through those footprints. For young people, travel is a form of learning, a way to meet other people, a way to have contact with other cultures, a source of career development, a means of self - development, an essential part of everyday life, a brief escape from reality. Young people are adventurous and want to develop their own knowledge.

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT 

Younger members can help long-term community efforts because they're in a position to become long-term contributors. Involved youth can help organizations become more aware of issues that concern younger populations, which can increase an organization's impact. When youth become engaged in community activities they develop the skills needed to be an effective leader. In addition to building leadership skills, engaging youth in the community also creates a sense of belonging and purpose.
